Terms of Service

By accessing and using Makkah Transporters, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all users of our website and transport services, including customers, visitors, and anyone who books a ride through our platform.

1. Booking Services

All bookings made through our platform are subject to availability. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion. When you submit a booking request, you are confirming that the travel details, passenger count, and pickup location are accurate. Confirmed bookings will receive a WhatsApp confirmation with driver details before the scheduled pickup time.

2. Pricing & Payment

All fares displayed on our website are fixed rates in Saudi Riyals (SAR). Prices include the vehicle, driver, fuel, and tolls for the specified route. Payment is collected in cash upon arrival at your destination unless otherwise agreed. No hidden fees, surge pricing, or additional charges will be applied beyond the quoted fare.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund if prepaid. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the fare. No-shows without prior notice will be charged the full fare amount. 4. Vehicle & Luggage

We assign vehicles based on your selected option at the time of booking. Each vehicle type has a maximum passenger and luggage capacity as listed on our fleet page. Exceeding the capacity limits may require an upgrade to a larger vehicle at an additional cost. Passengers are responsible for securing their own belongings during the journey.

5. User Conduct

You agree to use our services for lawful purposes only and to treat our drivers and vehicle property with respect. Smoking, consumption of alcohol, and any form of disruptive behaviour are strictly prohibited in all vehicles. Damage to vehicles caused by passengers may result in repair charges.

6. Liability

Makkah Transporters is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, road closures, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. We recommend planning your travel with sufficient buffer time, especially for airport transfers and flights. Our drivers will take the most efficient route available at the time of travel.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of Makkah Transporters and is protected by applicable copyright laws. Reproduction, distribution, or modification of any content without our prior written consent is prohibited.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall first be addressed through our customer support team via WhatsApp or email. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter shall be referred to the appropriate authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. By using our services, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Makkah for the resolution of any disputes.
