By accessing and using Makkah Transporters, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking Services

All bookings made through our platform are subject to availability. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund if prepaid. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a fee.

3. User Conduct

You agree to use our services for lawful purposes only and to treat our drivers and vehicle property with respect.

4. Liability

Makkah Transporters is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. We recommend planning your travel with sufficient buffer time.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
